Mike brings financial and organizational capabilities to Toy BoxSM Development Company, LLC and Toy BoxSM Storage Condos, LLC. He is the “detail” guy in the partnership.
Mike is 50% owner of Toy BoxSM Storage Condos, LLC and co-manager of Toy BoxSM Development Company, LLC.

More than ten years of commercial real estate experience, including brokerage, investment and development give Mike an excellent perspective on real-world possibilities.
