A Toy Box Lite^SM unit will be about 600 square feet.  No utilities will be available, but timed electric lighting will be furnished in each unit.

Quality-built of steel and concrete, Toy Box Lite^SM is designed for secure cold storage.

Toy Box Lite^SM pricing is expected to be about 60-70% of Toy Box^SM Condo pricing.

Real estate investors may wish to consider owning and renting multiple Toy Box Lite^SM units as replacement property for their exchanges.
