Ron and Judy aren’t close to retirement age, but they ARE at the age where they need to think about their plans for retirement. Not financial plans, but plans for their day to day living.

The kids are out of the house (for a while). Yard work and maintenance gets in the way of other, fun plans. So Ron and Judy have begun to think about where they should live.

Like many, Ron and Judy thought about a smaller single story townhome. One level, no outside work. It sounds great. One problem: Where do they keep all of their stuff?

Storage for "stuff" that won’t fit in their future home -- that’s how Ron and Judy began looking around to meet their storage needs. That future doesn’t exist yet and likely they won’t even own that future home for some time. But they like to look ahead and visualize the picture so nothing gets left out.

They really needed storage and hobby space. Rather than taking months or years to check out alternatives, Ron did it all in his head. He didn’t need to look around for land to build a building on. He already knew that would end up costing too much. And with a building, maintenance would come back into the picture. Maintenance is just what they were trying to avoid.

When Ron and Judy learned of Toy Box^SM Condos the decision was a no-brainer. Not only can they store all of the "stuff" from the house, Ron has also moved his collector car out of his business location, freeing up much needed production space. There’s room in the Toy Box^SM for his son’s car too.

Now father and son have a place to appreciate their hobbies and collections together.

And Judy got the "stuff" out of the house right away. Might be that another Toy Box^SM is needed for more of the "stuff"!

Full steam ahead whenever the time is right for that future home! Storage solved!
